Yes, an electronic signature can be a valid way to sign a contract. However, some types of legal documents can’t be signed electronically. Through this fixed-fee package, our expert lawyers will manage the signing process for you to help ensure your document is properly accepted. We can manage the signing process and send the document to the other side to be e-signed.

This process involves:

1. Converting your document into an e-signature format
2. Sending your document to the signer
3. Following up with the signer and ensuring the document is signed correctly
4. Sending both you and the signer a copy of the final signed version of the document

This service starts at $200 + GST. Please note that any additional signers will cost $50 + GST per signer. This package does not include any assistance with negotiations.
